Fischer pressure transmitter
FISCHER Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH We are an owner managed family enterprise headquartered in Bad Salzuflen, Germany in the heart of Ostwestfalen-Lippe. This economically ascending region, as a matter of fact, offers the most favourable development opportunities to our company. In 2012, we were able to realise a turnover of around 17 million Euros. Ever since 1950 our company stands for innovative solutions in the field of measuring and control technology, with more than 130 employees contributing to our success. Every year, we invest 10% of our turnover in development and research. Our newest state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities enable us to produce quality "made in Germany" according to latest applicable standards. Our regionally responsible field staff are in charge of customer support in Germany whereas reliable partners in many countries help ensure worldwide distribution of our products.

Fischer pressure transmitter Process technology DS21 | PN25 Differential pressure switch and indicator
For safe and hazardous application, zone 1, zone 2 area. Application: These type series instruments are used as flow-operation safety device in heat carrier oil plants acc. to DIN 32 727 and hot water plants acc. to VdTÃœV data sheet flow 100. The flow-operation safety devices consist of a differential pressure device, e.g. an orifice plate, differential pressure switch and adequate shut-off valves. Follow mounting instructions in accordance to application. All instruments of this type series meet these demands. Successful structural testing of type series DS21 is confirmed by the following marks of conformity:   For flow-operated safety devices DIN 32 727 DIN record No. 1B012/07 Acc. to VdTÃœV data sheet flow 100 TÃœV . SW/SB . 07 - 020 Construction and Operation: The monitoring and switching instrument is based on a rugged and uncomplicated diaphragm movement suitable for overpressure, partial vacuum and differential pressure measurements. The operating principle of the system is identical in all three applications. In a state of equilibrium, the forces of the springs on both sides of the diaphragm are balanced. The pressure or differential pressure to be meas

Fischer pressure transmitter Process technology PN 25 | DA09 Diaphragm operated differential pressure gauge
The Model DA09 is designed for measurement of differential pressures of liquids and gases. It can be fitted with a choice optional accessories, including: Limit detector contacts: delayed-action or magnet actuated switch type Non-contact proximity type limit detector (NAMUR). Principles of Operation The pressures to be compared are connected to adjacent pressure chambers separated by a flexible metal diaphragm. The diaphragm is loaded by a pair of opposing coaxial bellows springs, one one either side of the diaphragm. The bellows on one side also serves to isolate the the surrounding pressure chamber from the gauge mechanism, thus protecting the mechanism from the media. A connecting rod links the diaphragm, through the isolating spring bellows, to the dial mechanism.
