3-Position

You can create a 3-Position cylinder from any single stage series of cylinder (Note: not available on multi-stage products).  3-Position cylinders simplify machine designs by eliminating the need for an additional cylinder to create a third position.  They reduce space and the cost to mount multiple cylinders.

• Bore sizes:  1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3-1/4", 4", 5", 6", 8"
• 3-Position cylinders can be built with any single stage cylinders
• Simplifies machine designs, eliminates additional cylinder needs to create third position
• The micro-adjust option (MA) can be used to create an adjustable mid-stroke position
• A variety of options are available to modify these cylinders to any application
• Care must be used to provide proper air control valving and cylinder position performance
