Numatics MCR Series Rodless Cylinder
The MCR Series cylinder consists of a piston and a carriage, which are coupled together using rare earth magnets. When the cylinder is pressurized from one end, the piston will travel the length of the tube, which in turn moves the carriage. Pressurizing the other side the carriage will travel back the length of the tube. They are available in various bore sizes and coupling strengths. Standard Specifications: Bore sizes include: 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm 304 series stainless steel barrel Operating pressure up to 7 bar, (100 psi.) Ambient temperature range, -20ºC to + 60ºC (–4ºF to +140ºF) Medium, filtered air, with or without lubrication, & low pressure hydraulic Standard stroke lengths for non-guided (MC1, MC2) up to 2540mm(100") for guided (MC3, MC4, MC5) up to 1524mm (60") Non-rotating linear travel (MC3, MC4, MC5) Cushions are standard on the non-guided series for load deceleration Operating speeds up to 1 m/sec (3.28ft./sec) Features: Guided series end plate design allows easy shock absorber installation. Several shock options available for optimum  load deceleration. Numate mounting features available (MC3, MC4, MC5)

Numatics NR Series Rodless Cylinder
The NR Series rodless offers an alternative solution to conventional cylinder applications. It's compact design cuts space requirement by 50% compared to rodded cylinders. Additionally, the extruded tube construction requires fewer supports than other cylinders. Dual air supply at one end eliminates tubing going to the opposite end of the cylinder. This design prevents interference with the operation of the cylinder.   Standard Specifications: Anodized single barrel extrusions Various bore sizes, 25, 32, 40, and 50mm G or NPT ports available Retained cushion adjustments Kevlar reinforced thermosplastics strip seals Up to 10bar (145 psig) working pressure Ambient temperature range from -20ºC to + 80ºC (–4ºF to +175ºF) Uses filtered air with or without lubrication Standard stroke lengths up to 6 meters (19.5') Operating Speeds up to 3 m/sec (9.75ft./sec) Applications Include: Material Handling - Parts handling with an overhead gantry Manufacturing and process - Tool and parts carrier/automotive Packaging - Corrugated box erector - Plastic heat seal equipment NR Series ¨C S1 Standard Carriag    NR Series - S1 Mediu
