Dwyer pressure transmitter series 681 sanitary pressure transmitters
Environment - The Series 681 Transmitter is designed to be used with any gas or liquid compatible with 316L stainless steel (316 for ranges > 30 psig).  It is designed to be splash and drip proof for wash-down cleaning and can also be completely submerged with the exception of the open end of the electrical cable. Cleaning - The pressure sensing diaphragm will withstand normal high pressure washing and partial vacuums created by fast cooling of steam sterilized tanks.  However, be sure not to exceed the proof pressure (listed on specification sheet).  In high pressure washing, care should be taken not to spray directly on diaphragm as it could result in exceeding the proof pressure.  The 681 can also be cleaned by dipping the diaphragm in a container of cleaning solution or by wiping gently with a soft cloth. Temperature Limits - The operating temperature limits of the 681, based on the limits of the electronics, are -40F to 260 F. Dwyer pressure transmitter Series FDT Flush Diaphragm Transmitter
The Series FDT Flush Diaphragm Transmitter is designed for highly cyclical conditions. Flush sensor feature prevents any potential inaccuracies due to build-up or blockage which is a typical problem found in most non-flush transmitter sensors. Units have a non-oil filled sensor element that provides resistance to temperature fluctuations. Manufactured from a solid piece of steel, the sensing diaphragm can withstand the most abrasive/cyclical applications. Series FDT transmitters perform well in high cyclical environments with the presence of water-hammering or spiking. Flush feature greatly reduces chance of leakage. Tough materials allow the unit to withstand harsh process conditions. Advanced manufacturing techniques, extreme environmental burn-in, and thorough residual stress relieving procedures ensure unit will maintain its high performance standard over time. SPECIFICATIONS Service: Compatible liquids and gases, adhesives, slurries, mate- rials that can harden, or where a pressure cavity is not desired. Wetted Materials: 316 & 15-5 SST. Accuracy:  °?0.5% FSO (includes non-linearity, hysteresis, an repeatability). Stability: °?0.25% FSO per year Temperature
