Fischer pressure transmitter Process technology 40 bar | DE58 Digital Differential Pressure Transmitter/ Switch
Display and switching device for measurement of differential pressures with mainly neutral liquid and gaseous media. Areas of Application: • Filling level measuring technology for technical gases Design and Mode of Operation The device is based on a robust and durable diaphragm measuring unit that is suitable for measuring overpressure, underpressure and differential pressure. The pressures to be compared have an effect on a spring mounted measuring diaphragm. In case of equal pressure, the measuring dia- phragm is in its idle state. In case of pressure difference, the force acting on the measuring diaphragm causes it to be moved towards the side of the lower pressure until the spring forces compensate this force. This movement is transferred via atappet into the core of the inductive displacement sensor. The linear movement of the core is proportional to the applied differential pressure. The electronics integrated into the device evaluate this movement and transform it into signals on the display, switch contacts and an optional output signal. Important features Robust design;over-pressure protected maintenance-free through wear-free inductive pickup switchab

Fischer pressure transmitter Process technology DA01 | PN250 Differential pressure gauge, stainless steel
Gas Alarm India offers Fischer Germany's DA01 used for indication and switching differential pressure of gaseous and liquid media. Construction and Operation: The pressures to be compared act on flexible stainless steel diaphragms on either side of the sensing capsule. The two diaphragms are mechanically linked by a rigid connecting rod. To compensate for high static pressures, the cavity between the two diaphragms is filled with hydraulic fluid. When pressures are equal on both diaphragms, they are at zero position. When there is a difference in pressures acting on the two diaphragms, they are deflected away from the high pressure side, towards the lower pressure side, causing a displacement of the connecting rod. Features:   Measuring range: 0-60mbar to 0-1600kPa (other ranges on request) Max. pressure load: Overpressure safe up to max. operating pressure Max. static operating pressure: PN 250; PN 400 Indication: Circular dial type 100 or 160 diameter; Scale design acc. to DIN, 270° Accuracy: ± 1.6% FS Perm. ambient temperature (housing): -20 to +80°C Perm. medium temperature: -20 to +80°C Zero adjustment: Accessible through marginal openings of the
